1220 N. Orange Grove Ave #4, West Hollywood, CA 90069

Two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms in 1,925sq.ft

Asking Price: $799,000

Come experience urban living at it’s best! Close to Sunset strip, The Grove/Farmers Market. In the heart of West Hollywood. This 2 bedroom loft town home features an Italian designed kitchen with Bertazzoni stove, concrete and hardwood flooring, designer appointed bathrooms and is wired for cable and high-speed internet. A price entrance leads into this dramatic 4 story space with large windows filling the home with ample natural light. Also included are two balconies with panoramic views. Unit is completed with a spa and sun deck for great outdoor gatherings.

In full disclosure, this was not my favorite developments from the boom that took place in West Hollywood between 2007 and 2010. That being said, this is by far my favorite condo on the market right now priced between $650,000 and $900,000 in West Hollywood, Beverly Hills and the Sunset Strip/Hollywood Hills areas. Obviously town home/split-level living is not for everyone, but those who aren’t afraid of a few stairs, you end up with a few amazing perks not found in a traditional condo. From the amazing square footage of just under 2,000 sq.ft and a defined, separate entertaining area/living space to the large sun deck and multiple balconies, if you are up for the exercise, hand in your gym membership, you’ve found your new home!
