This escrow was most definitely a labor of love. Not only did it take 9 months for my clients to find this unit, but then we suffered through four months in escrow (with the unit actually falling out of escrow in mid February). From a seller who bought at the height of the market who didn’t want to accept how much money she had lost on her unit and tough negotiations to a shocking appraisal and HOA drama. This deal has been the furthest thing from smooth sailing. That being said, my clients N, D and M are extremely happy with their new purchase, the close of escrow coincided perfectly with their daughter getting a job just blocks down the road. Whilst I am extremely happy for them, I am sad that our time together is coming to an end. But we are already planning our next ‘Ladies who Lunch’ and I wish them the very best.
