I have a client who lives in what is arguably the best condo conversion LA has ever seen. In the heart of Beverly Hills this building was lovingly restored to its original grandeur by one of the cities best known developers. With the original crown moldings, original hardwood floors, and original windows these units provide each resident with old Hollywood glamour with the best modern conveniences money can buy.
