As you have seen in our previous posts, we recently leased a 2bed/2bath unit on the 10th floor in this building and I have to say this building blew me out of the water when I first took a client on a showing. Building amenities in this exclusive full service luxury high rise include: 24 hr security/front desk, valet/guest parking, pool, gym, recreation room and on site manager, immaculately cared for hallways, foyer and common areas.

The finishes and quality of materials used in this unit far surpass those used in any other unit we’ve seen in this building. Whilst this unit puts our recently leased one to shame, at $1,195/month more we would be struggling to find the value of this unit at its current asking price. Both units have been recently remodeled, similar floor plans and square footage, both are on higher floors, feature track lighting and #1006 even includes brand new, side by side washer and dryer in the second bathroom.

That being said, #1207 is our ‘Top Lease of the Week’ because, not only is the unit gorgeous but the building itself is well kept, centrally located, and any resident we’ve ever met there has been so positive about the building and its staff.

In our book, you can’t beat personal recommendations by current residents. So if you are lucky enough to get this unit at the right price, we say jump on it and call this magnificent full service building home.
